Healthy Treats

It's that time of that year again where the freaks come out at night. Went to Party Packagers with the siblings today and bought some of these:
For my sexy fairy for Freaky Friday night. Giddy.
Bought this goulish one as well and thought of re-airbrush the whole head. Something more..'Eeeeek!'
The latest Decor-airbrushworks. My friend did an amazing job with the setup. I'm simply adding in the accents for this one.

A favourite theme.

x

Healthy dose of milk for growing kids. There's some chocolate ones buried somewhere there too.

The Next President, lol. My sis and one of her best friends.

My copy of Cache+ finally arrived the other day from the UK (thanks Julie!). Featuring two of my pieces as well as works by my fellow Graffiti artists.

Aking Mahal

Galing ni Guru Dan. At near 70, that Tito is still well fit and agile. I love the discipline and energy. Looking forward to going to the Philippines again next year. Two of my buddies who are well trained Martial artists have opened my eyes to 'Arnis/Kali' (Filipino Martial Arts. So a trip to one of the temples there will be on the check list. Which reminds me, one of my uncles still owes me a Ratan! (Tito padala me one)

Classic Tito Freddy.

Digital Double Dragon

I love Dragons. Here's a nifty little fella that one of my customers brought in. I was going to Photoshop some wings on it but the spikes will do for now, ouch! lol.
Enter The Dragons.

Dragon Hockey Helmet.

Chaos Angel! One of my favourite hoodie designs. Now that the cold season is coming, there's going to be plenty of these to do.

My latest portraiture works this week done with Painter. Planning on showcasing the full versions up on my new website gallery.

In the meantime, I'm still learning and getting the hang of this amazing tool. There's a lot of functions and features which gives me the opportunity to really experiment.
Kase si Masama daw ako.
Attended another life drawing class this week at my former high school. It always feels like I'm back to school and it's great to see some familar faces again. (Cho-Zen, come next week! lol).
As always I never come without my laptop. One of my friends has already taken the habit of bringing his as well. Would be very interesting and fun to see everyone with a tablet. Hehe.
Ah, memories. Titled: 'Father and Son', a snapshot of the oil painting I donated for my high school before graduating.

Digital Gobble Gobble

McLuvin' Corel Painter X a lot. Looks like there's a whole bunch of new features such as the RealBristle™ Painting System. Holy crap this sucker can really mimic the look of oil brush strokes with ease. Oils, which is my fav medium next to airbrushing with acrylics, is in a whole new territory when it comes to doing things digitally.

At this stage I only know about 60% of this program compared to Photoshop. Now if only these two software tools could merge..combine and transform into the powerful 'Devastator'! hehe.

Pix from Monday. Kain na mga tao.

Early Christmas

Had an amazing time last weekend. Here are the pics from the huge art show, Nuit Blanche.

Nice sign. You're just being cute and funny eh. ;) hehe.

My Art!
Just before this, I had an awkward moment while I was participating in this art installation. Several people started taking pictures of me all of a sudden while I drew. All I could say to myself was, "Woa, this is weird. I'm only sketching!"

Oh, la la. :P Always striking a pose even at a coffee shop. ;)
Adieu Sam.
Where the heck did all these people come from?!? It's worse than New Years or Boxing Day.
Laser lights. Even with a packed crowd we still manage to get some cool shots.
What a night. Definitely be back again next year!

So happy to finally see these toys come out. Star Wars-Transformers! Products crossing over like these ones are just the coolest thing on the planet. I had the fun task of converting and designing this Tie Pilot into a Tie Bomber mech. Man, I give 'nuff respect to those Japanese toy engineers, lol. They can Transform anything.

Here's a preview of another toy I designed. A full-view version will be posted at some point on my website. This one is the amalgamation of the Magna-Fighter/Magna-Guard. It was a real challenge although I think I went a lil overboard with the tech. I'd love to get a 12" inch version of this and airbrush some battle damage.

On another note. Soundwave in TF2?!? Damm. I wish I designed this character!!!
Reminds me of my TF head designs. Hmmm..
Hey Michael Bay, call me! lol.
This one is an easy guess. Unfortunately I can't show the whole illustration yet 'till TF2 comes out. Boo.

Before the latest Indiana Jones movie was released, I got the chance to take a sneak peak at some of the concept designs for the movie. Hasbro provided the refs and I had an easy time creating the orthographic turns for the toys sculptures. As Borat would say, "Very nice!" or "Great Success!" hehe.

More Marvel related toys. All coming soon.

The Dynamic Duo. My bro, Fiendish and I at our Wushu class. The Arts. Good for the body, mind and soul. I'm now capable of doing the two-finga-pushups!, Either that or the infamous Touch-Of-Death, lol. jk.

Time Lapse

Simply the best. He's always been one of my fav comic illustrators. Using reference or not, Alex Ross simply kicks ass! I give myself a few more months until I reach his calibre, lol. DC & Marvel I'm cominggg for ya.

In the meantime, here's some new art. Enjoy.

The Fall Variety

Yep, by the looks of those colors Summer is going bye-bye and hello to Fall. Here's some variety in time for this season.

Sneak peaks at the latest works with two of my longtime buds; Cho-Zen and Z-Man. Comin' soon so order yer copies!

I received two copies of this new booklet from FedEx recently featuring my artworks inside. D&D is the place to be.

The digital drawings. All thanks to the mighty Wacom tablet.

Looking forward to going to this. Oui.

Go 'Xtreme!'. I call him 'Daredevil' Danny. I heard that this has now
become the 'Legendary' helmet within the riders community, lol.
Keep it up and stay furious bro.
