Wild Things

Side project in working progress. Creature feature in full effect, inspired and thanks to my buddies Avortex and Cho-Zen!

From my Creature Head explorations. One of my favs. This is what I really look like when I'm angry, jk. lol. Grrr.

More fuzzy-furry friends. Mastering the 'fur' texture in Painter. Perhaps I'll render a giant polar bear or wolverine animal next.

More of my 'Precious Creatures' Series. This is part 5 and will post part 6 later on.

I love designing various things and trying out different styles. Cute things like these are definitely enjoyable to do.
Nothing like a fiesty Electric Dragon fryin' and savouring it's victory. Anyone recognize this beast? Zshrrrrt!

Buzzin' Time. Busy Days

Here's the initial design of the Lotus tattoo. Pretty challenging considering I had to do it over a large scarred area. Jump here to view the process.

Painting pretty in Painter.

Quick names. Quick tags. The baddest dance group ever. Yeh!

As promised, here's the Dragon bike helmet with the finished mesh visor. Evil!

Beastly spare tire cover. This customer said he was going to surprise me with another project. I say bring it! I just noticed that he looks like he's holding a shield. Don't mess with him.

Cute hybrid beasts..specially the fat pinky pig, hehe.

Collaboration piece with the Cho-Zen one. More of this later on.

Eve as Iono from Gulity Gears. Work in progress.

My fav. Experimentation complete. Gotta love mechs. Will move onto 3D sculpting now...

'The Scout Guardian - Bumble Bee'

Did some more cool Transformers concept designs this year. Got the chance to do a few more of the amalgamated TF/SW toys and I'm excited to get my comps..and looking forwarding to seeing Transformers 2: Revenge of The Fallen!
Bzzz.! Here's a random piece. No need to guess who this is, lol.

My niece and her papa and my next bike project. Below was his sketch idea. Yeh, Filipino pride baby!
Masama. Transforming and rollin' out.

My illustration poster of Storm Hawks. This was fun and I'll be posting more down the road. Enjoy the slideshow and click below to view. Hyah!

Season Changes

Paradise Lost and the Source of Life. My latest digital art.

Work in progress. My character design of 'Eve' in cosplay as Mai Shiranue, ;) . Finishing off Chun-Li next. Hiyahh.

The ride to Hell. Welcome King Grim Reaper. Looking forward to seeing this on the finished bike!

Enter the Lil' Dragon. The see-through mesh is complete, but I'll have to post that at a later time.

This customer loved my first Che portrait on his leather jacket so much that he came back a couple of weeks later for a denim version. Go Che Go, Viva la Revolucion!

Meeting one of my fav tattoo artist, Kat Von D! She's one bombin' cool artist with an awesome personality. I'll definitely look her up and check out her tattoo shop when I visit my cousins down in LA this summer.

Client goofin' around while I tattoo her. How nice, I've got my own nose picker, lol :P. Hey stay still! Zrrt--Zzrrtttt!
Lotus Flower Power. I did the lining and coloring in one session. Not an easy task considering this was my first time doing multiple characters over on a huge scar. Notice the swollen part of her ankle. Daym that's gotta hurt!

Well, what these guys can do can really hurt. Crossfit and deadly. My Martial Artist brothaz with my proud Filipino weapon of choice - Kali rattan sticks! My fav weapon of choice of course would be, the pencil, brush, tattoo gun and the Wacom Pen ;) . They did say any object that could be picked up can be a very dangerous weapon.

Color flexin' with high jumpin' kickin' hyahhh...Martel vs. Lung-Mei. I didn't think cel-shading could be this so much fun. Anime Ja Nai!
Hybrid coloring. Here's a brief sneak peek..and
Having a Galvatronic blast. (More on the TF stuff later on)..
Now and then, July, 17. 1991. Enjoy and Roll Out!
